How much caffeine is in matcha?
A cup of matcha contains roughly 30–70 mg of caffeine, depending on how much powder you use. Thanks to L-theanine, the effect is smoother and more stable than coffee — expect focused energy without the crash.
How do I prepare it?

Shipping is free on all orders over €39. Below that, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Will I receive a tracking number?

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
