We work hand-in-hand with small farms in Japan and the Philippines to source the purest matcha and the most flavorful ube. No shortcuts, just intention and trust.
Crafted With Care
We spent months meeting producers and testing blends to find the ones that felt right. Every batch is made with care, integrity, and purpose.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of matcha powder to your matcha bowl, then pour in a small amount of hot water (not boiling, around 70–80°C).
Use a bamboo whisk to mix in a zigzag motion until the surface becomes smooth and frothy. This is where the ritual begins.
Top it with your favorite milk, hot or iced, to turn it into a creamy matcha latte. Watch the green swirl come to life.
